Membership is open to the public.
An application is available from the membership committee.

You must be at least 16 years of age (with parent or guardian's permission) and live within the Tri-Village area.  Applicants are first interviewed by the membership committee and then their application is brought before the general membership where it is voted on.   You will be notified in writing within 30 days of your status.
